Making Music for the Neighbours

Profs on the piccolos, deans on the drums; the UBC School of Music launched its new concert series Music on the Point: Concerts with Personality designed to make music for the new and larger private residential community now living within the campus. The outreach initiative worked with UTown@UBC and stretched over three Friday evenings (Sept. 27, Oct. 24, Jan. 17), featuring faculty artists and the works of Brahms, Beethoven and other soul soothers and stirrers.
